    In a public hearing Wednesday, September 30, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Trustees of Mendocino Unified School District will decide whether to authorize or deny Caspar Creek’s petition to continue its 20-year success story as a public charter school, but authorized by MUSD.     In a meeting yesterday, the MUSD board set the the public hearing for Wednesday, August 26, at 6:00 PM.
