December brings Caspar Creek community members bearing fresh, fragrant 22″ noble fir wreaths, in a traditional arrangement complete with a red velvet water-repellent bow and snow-dusted pine cones, and 12-foot cedar garlands. Parents and others may be seen offering them around town, but you can also request to be contacted to arrange a convenient time and place to get your wreath(s) and/or garland(s). Wreaths and garlands are $25 each, including tax and delivery.
